You may use Essay Enhancer to:

Improve the readability and flow of AI-generated drafts

Refine AI-assisted writing for personal projects
Create more engaging and natural-sounding content
Assist in content creation workflows
Localizing content for non-native English speakers to ensure natural phrasing
Adjusting the brand voice of marketing materials to match company standards
Improving accessibility by simplifying complex AI-generated technical jargon

Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

To ensure optimal service quality, rapid generation speeds, and equal server availability for all users, Essay Enhancer implements a Fair Usage Policy across all subscription plans.

While our subscription plans provide generous monthly word pools, usage is subject to reasonable daily request quotas to prevent automated bot scripts, protect server health, and deliver consistent low-latency output:

Free / Starter: 400 words total one-time trial allocation upon sign-up, with no daily throttling during the trial.
Basic: Up to 3,000 words per day (15,000 words / month total).
Pro: Up to 6,000 words per day (60,000 words / month total).
Ultra: Up to 10,000 words per day (120,000 words / month total shared between Web UI and API).

Daily Limit Notifications & Resets: If your account reaches its daily quota, enhancement requests will be temporarily paused and the system will notify you to try again after a while. Daily quotas automatically reset every 24 hours at midnight UTC (00:00 UTC).

Users with specialized enterprise workflows or high single-day throughput requirements can contact our support team for custom limits and dedicated infrastructure.

Professional & Ethical Standards

Users operating within regulated professional or educational environments are responsible for:

Institutional Compliance: Ensuring that their use of AI-assisted drafting tools aligns with the specific ethical codes, integrity policies, and disclosure requirements of their respective organizations.
Authorship & Oversight: Using Essay Enhancer as a collaborative productivity aid. Users must maintain active human oversight and take full responsibility for the final judgment, accuracy, and representation of their content.
Transparent Disclosure: Properly attributing or disclosing the use of AI assistance in the content creation process as required by the standards of their field (e.g., journalism, research, or corporate communications).
Ethical Representation: Committing to the honest presentation of their work and avoiding any application intended to deceive audiences or misrepresent the origin of information in bad faith.

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Essay Enhancer to:

Create or distribute misleading, false, or deceptive content
Generate spam, phishing content, or malicious material
Violate intellectual property rights or plagiarize
Create content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities
Impersonate others or misrepresent authorship in bad faith
Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior, including the creation of content intended to deceive audiences regarding its origin for fraudulent gain

User Responsibility

As a user of Essay Enhancer, you are responsible for:

Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
Verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of refined content
Understanding the context and requirements of your use case
Respecting the rights and policies of third parties
Using the service ethically and in good faith
Acknowledging that Essay Enhancer is a general writing tool and is not intended to provide professional legal, medical, or financial advice
Maintaining human oversight of all content refined by Essay Enhancer, as our service is a collaborative tool intended to assist, not replace, the critical judgment and final review of a human author

Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

Investigate suspected violations of this policy
Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities
Refuse service to users who misuse our platform
